What is a fractional CTO?

A fractional CTO is a senior technology leader who works with you part-time, giving you the strategy, judgement and oversight of a chief technology officer without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

How is this different from a development agency?

An agency builds things. I help you decide what's worth building, why, and in what order, then make sure it gets delivered well. If you do need something built, I can introduce people I trust, including my own agency, FullyCoded, but my advice never depends on it.

Do you work outside Cornwall?

Yes. I'm based in Cornwall and work with businesses across the UK, mostly remotely with on-site time where it helps.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within a week or two. The first 15-minute call is free, and a working arrangement can often be in place shortly after.
