Bleed Control UK

Bleed control kits distributed across the country were hard to track by hand, so it was difficult to know which kits needed attention. A new compliance portal and automated alerts made kit tracking centralised and reliable, and gave the public visibility of kit locations.

Sector: Public safety and charity. Service: AI and automation.

More projects, documented properly

I have also worked with Nancarrow Farm, a Cornwall hospitality business known for its wood-fired dining, on a booking and reservation system; with St Eval Candle Company, a Cornwall candle and fragrance manufacturer, across a multi-year technology partnership; and with the RNLI on a digital safety signage project at Crantock Beach. Full written case studies for these projects are being documented and will be added here as each one is confirmed, rather than published as thin placeholders.

Every project here started as a conversation

Not one of these projects began with a technology decision. Each started as a conversation about a specific, everyday problem: kits that were hard to track, bookings that took too much admin, systems that had grown apart from how the business actually ran. If something similar sounds familiar in your organisation, it is worth a conversation, and the services behind these projects are explained under workflow automation, AI agents and AI consultancy.
