Case studies
This page brings together real projects I have worked on with small and medium-sized businesses and charities across Cornwall, the South West and the UK. Each case study is written plainly: what the problem actually was, what we built or changed, and what happened as a result, including anything that did not go entirely to plan. Where a detail is not yet confirmed or documented, I say so rather than filling the gap with a guess.
Bleed Control UK
Bleed control kits distributed across the country were hard to track by hand, so it was difficult to know which kits needed attention. A new compliance portal and automated alerts made kit tracking centralised and reliable, and gave the public visibility of kit locations.

More projects, documented properly
I have also worked with Nancarrow Farm, a Cornwall hospitality business known for its wood-fired dining, on a booking and reservation system; with St Eval Candle Company, a Cornwall candle and fragrance manufacturer, across a multi-year technology partnership; and with the RNLI on a digital safety signage project at Crantock Beach. Full written case studies for these projects are being documented and will be added here as each one is confirmed, rather than published as thin placeholders.
Every project here started as a conversation
Not one of these projects began with a technology decision. Each started as a conversation about a specific, everyday problem: kits that were hard to track, bookings that took too much admin, systems that had grown apart from how the business actually ran.
