What to include in your enquiry
You do not need a fully formed brief to get in touch. It helps if you can mention roughly what is prompting the enquiry, such as a specific problem, a process that feels slow, or general curiosity about AI, along with a sense of the size of your business and team. If you have a timescale in mind, whether that is urgent or something you are exploring for later in the year, it is useful to mention that too. Everything else can be worked out on the call.
What happens next
Once you get in touch, I will reply personally within one working day. From there, we will arrange a short introductory call, usually 20 to 30 minutes, to talk through what is going on in your business and whether there is a genuine opportunity worth exploring further.
There is no obligation to continue after that call. If it turns out AI or process improvement is not the right fit right now, I will say so directly, and you will walk away with a clearer sense of where you stand either way. If it does make sense to move forward, I will set out clearly what that would involve, including likely next steps and cost, before anything is agreed.

Fully Coded Solutions Limited is registered with the ICO, and enquiries are handled directly by me. If we later work together and confidentiality needs formalising further, that is straightforward to arrange.
