I am considering using an AI tool for a task. Interview me briefly. Ask me, one question at a time: what the task is; what data it involves and where that data came from; whether the data identifies any real person or reveals anything commercially sensitive; what happens if the output is wrong; and who will check the output. Then give me a plain verdict: fine to proceed, proceed with changes (and say exactly what changes), or do not use a general AI tool for this. Be strict. If the data includes personal or confidential information and I am on a free or personal account, the answer is do not proceed.
