Sorts your regular tasks into ones a system could handle and ones that need a person.

I am going to list the regular tasks that I or my team do in a typical week. For each task, classify it as one of: rule-based (follows the same steps every time), judgement-based (needs a decision a system should not make), or mixed. For the rule-based and mixed tasks, describe in plain language what kind of connection or automation could remove the manual part, and note any common pitfalls with automating that kind of task. Rank the strongest candidates first. Do not assume everything should be automated; say so where a task is better left alone.
